The shipment above Rs. 999/- is completely free of cost. However, if you order below Rs. 999/-, shipping charges will be applicable.
As of now, we are online store only. You can place your orders through website only. We don’t take any orders on WhatsApp. However, if you have any queries you can always reach out to our support team through email or WhatsApp.
Order Returns
No, we do not have any return, exchange, cancellation or refund facility, so kindly order accordingly.
In case of damage, there is refund and return facility but the 360 degree parcel opening video is must. Kindly make the video of parcel opening, whenever the order is received.
No we do not offer cod facility, so kindly place your order by making payment.
There can be slight variation in colour/ finishing of the fabric of product because of the camera and lights usage.
We do not offer any return or exchange in case of size issue as well, so it is advisable to kindly order one size up or correctly by referring to the size guide.
The tracking details of the product are sent to your mobile and email I’d provided while placing the order.
The whole delivery process takes 5 to 15 days to reach the destined place. In case there is any delay from the courier side, it won’t be counted.
