As of now, we are online store only. You can place your orders through website only. We don’t take any orders on WhatsApp. However, if you have any queries you can always reach out to our support team through email or WhatsApp.
In case of damage, there is refund and return facility but the 360 degree parcel opening video is must. Kindly make the video of parcel opening, whenever the order is received.
We do not offer any return or exchange in case of size issue as well, so it is advisable to kindly order one size up or correctly by referring to the size guide.
As of now, we are shipping Pan India Only. We will inform once we expand our horizons to other countries as well.
